Josiah Smith Tennent House requires a 2-night minimum stay for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reservations. Price includes all 6 bedrooms and 5 event spaces for one flat fee.

For events on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 1-night reservations of the property are permitted.
For event space only, reservations are limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
